What does Pro add? +
Pro unlocks unlimited links, video embeds, background images and gradients, a brand-free profile, inbound enquiry capture, premium theme marketplace access, digital product sales, free download leads, and priority support. Choose monthly at £24.99/month or yearly at £249/year (saving £50.88).
How does the store pricing work? +
The built-in creator store is included with Pro at no extra monthly cost. AstroLink charges a 5% platform fee per transaction. Stripe processing fees apply separately. There are no monthly minimums, no listing fees, and no hidden charges. You keep the rest.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing? +
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly billing at any time to lock in the lower rate. If you switch from yearly to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro? +
There is no traditional free trial, but the free plan itself is a fully functional product you can use indefinitely. When you're ready for Pro features, upgrade and start benefiting immediately.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel your Pro subscription at any time and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your page reverts to the free plan after that.
Do you offer refunds? +
We offer a 14-day refund policy for Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime but refunds are not available for the current billing period.
